By filling out this form I understand and I am agreeing to the following:

• I understand that Smoking/Vaping is only allowed out the back of the kitchen, and that all butts will be collected and removed.

• I understand that any breakages, faults or issues with the facilities will be reported to the Kaitiaki Marae immediately by phone call and/or leaving a message. Tradesmen are not to be engaged without the prior permission of the Marae Kaitiaki.

• I understand that the loss of a key will incur a replacement cost.

• I understand that Tini Waitara Marae is alcohol free and no alcohol is permitted at the marae. 

• I understand that my booking will be cancelled if a tangihanga were to occur at the time of my booking.

• I agree that all information provided is true and correct and understand the terms and condition when hiring Tini Waitara Marae.

 

Other Information:

• Mattresses provided 

• Please note that if sheets and pillow cases are used an $80 fee will be charged for laundromat costs

• Tea towels can be washed and dried in the machines provided. Absolutely no kākahu/clothes or towels to be laundered in the kitchen

• Vacuum/sweep and mop all floors in the hired areas – note there are different mops and brooms for the kitchen and bathrooms

• Clean all toilets, hand basins and showers

• Kitchen - wipe out fridges, ensure benches, stoves, ovens are clean and tidy

• All rubbish must be removed from the Marae at the end of your booking
